Semi-fabricated high alloy products

Within a short time "SPC RusProMet" LLC shall manufacture following types of semi-fabricated products of any alloy of our commodities list:

Ingots weighing up to 120 kg;

Cast furnace charging material with diameter up to 65, 90 mm and upon customer’s request;

Castings weighing up to 30 kg, including castings of blades, shutters, turbine segments, cast billets of size 50х280х650-910 mm;

Cathodes for protective coating application by ionic-plasma deposition;

Forged and rolled rods of diameter from 10 to 130 mm;

Forgings weighing up to 70 kg, including billets of size 50х180х800 mm

Sheets, strands 0.1-3 mm thick.

All the products are certified. The quality and the properties of the products are confirmed with the expert examination of the Institute of Metallurgy of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of the Physics of Metals of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ural Institute of Metals.
